Shipping Policy

Hong Kong

2 shipping options：

1. Ship to SF lockers / SF stores (Self-pickup)： Purchase amount reaches $399, free shipping to SF lockers / SF stores (under $399, HK$25 is needed)
2. Door to Door Delivery：Purchase amount reaches HK$599, free Door to Door Delivery (under $599, HK$45 is needed)

# Eligible SF self-pickup points: SF Store/ Locker (Excludes Petrol/Gas station, 7-11, Circle K or SF Service Partner Locations).

❗️For shipping to SF Locker/Station/Centre, please download the SFHK App to receive pickup notification. SF has STOPPED using SMS to send SF pickup code （details).
❗️SF Express will charge the RECEIVER a retention service fee for late pickup (SF Retention Service，HK$15/day after 24 hours of arrival).
❗️The courier company will charge the RECEIVER an extra fee, if the phone number or shipping address needs to be changed after the parcel is dispatched.

❗️❗️BuyBookBook will not be responsible for any EXTRA fee caused after the parcel is dispatched. e.g. SF Retention Fee (late pickup fee), customer changes the pickup location or delivery address, parcel returned fee due to no one picks up the parcel，pickup location changed fee due to no one picks up the parcel... etc. 

* Labour Charge: For buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge per floor. Please contact us for quotation.

• Usually it will take 1-3 working days for dispatch, and another 1-2 working days for delivery, but during special periods such as sales promotions, it may take longer time for dispatch and delivery.
• Dispatch will not be arranged on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
• Extra charge to the customer will be incurred if re-delivery is caused due to failure to receive the parcel.

⚠️Our system does not support SF Express freight-collect shipments. If you need to use SF Express with the shipping charges payable upon delivery, or arrange collection through your own courier, please select “Pick up” (Store Pickup) at checkout and arrange for the courier to collect the books from our store. Please include your order number on the waybill and remind the courier to bring their own mailing bag or box. Please note: Store pickup orders are not packaged.

❗️❗️If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship it in two separate shipments. In-stock items will be shipped first, followed by all pre-order items once they are available. Orders containing pre-order items will not be split into more than two shipments.

Macau 

1. Please select “Ship(Door to Door Delivery)” or “Ship to SF Locker/ Store".
2. Free shipping for purchase amount reaches HK$799, for one order.
3. If the purchase amount is lower than HK$799, the shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.
4. It will take 2-5 working days for delivery.
5. The receiver is required to provide full name for customs clearance. 
6. Orders to Macau will be dispatched in a single shipment only. If an order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped together once all pre-order items are available.

International 

General

• Additional charges will be incurred if 1) customers request to change the delivery option or delivery information; 2) customers provide invalid address and contact number which causes unsuccessful delivery. The additional charges will be borne by customers in such cases. 

• For international shipping, any charges incurred for customs clearance, import duties, handling fees or taxes will be borne by the person who’s receiving the parcel. Should the charges have not been paid within 7 days, the carrier may automatically return the parcel to the sender or destroy the parcel without further notice. Please note the returned parcel will NOT be reshipped. The customer will have to place a new order again on buybookbook.com for the same items.
