香港 | Hong Kong

運送收費有兩種：

1 ) 買滿HK$399，免運費送順豐站或者順豐櫃；未滿HK$399 加 HK$25。
2 ) 買滿HK$599，免運費送上門（住宅或者工商地址）；未滿HK$599，就加HK$45。

* 送貨上門: 步行上樓梯人工費: 如需步行送上樓梯，例如大廈沒有電梯，或電梯不能直達的樓層，每層需加收人工附加費予速遞。請聯絡我們報價。

一般情況下，備貨目前需要1-3個工作天；寄出後需要1-2個工作天派件。受促銷活動等影響，派送時間或有所延長。
星期六、日和公眾假期不會安排出貨。
⚠️送貨時間內客人未能按時收件，第二次送貨將會產生的額外費用需由客人自行承擔。

⚠️系統不支持使用「順豐到付」。如客人因為私人原因必須使用「順豐到付」，或者需使用自己的速遞公司，落單時請一律選擇「Pick up」(門店自取），然後自行安排速遞來門店取書。請於運單上註明 Order number，以及提醒速遞要自行帶包裝袋或包裝盒。（請注意：「自取」的訂單不設包裝。）

* Labour Charge: For buildings without lift or product can only access through staircases, there will be additional delivery charge per floor. Please contact us for quotation.

Usually it will take 1-3 working days for dispatch, and another 1-2 working days for delivery, but during special periods such as sales promotions, it may take longer time for dispatch and delivery.
Dispatch will not be arranged on Saturdays, Sundays or Public Holidays.
Extra charge to the customer will be incurred if re-delivery is caused due to failure to receive the parcel.

澳門 | Macau

1. 用順豐速遞寄送, 請選用「SF Express」。

2. 單一訂單貨品金額達HK$1,200，免運費。

3. 單一訂單貨品金額低於HK$1,200，運費及預計運送時間將於Checkout時顯示。

4. 送貨一般需要2-5個工作天。

5. 收件人需要提供中文或者英文全名作為海關清關用途。

國際 | International

2. 運費及預計運送時間將於Checkout時顯示。

3. 若訂單中的圖書都是「現貨」，不包括預訂書類，將於1-3個工作天內完成包裝工作。
4. 收件人需要提供中文或者英文全名作為海關清關用途。

2. Shipping cost and estimated delivery time will be calculated automatically at the checkout page when both the destination and delivery service are selected.

3. If all ordered items are in-stock without Pre-order item, it will take 1-3 working days for packing.
4. The receiver is required to provide full name for customs clearance.

一般 | General

如需修改寄送方式、收件資料或因訂購人提供無效收件資料，衍生之額外費用須由客戶承擔。
各國可能依進口關稅規定，核定貨物是否需要繳交關稅、消費稅，相關費用亦須由收件人支付。若收件人不願取貨，相關費用或貨件遭銷毀、退回之損失，亦由訂購人自行負擔。
Additional charges will be incurred if 1) customers request to change the delivery option or delivery information; 2) customers provide invalid address and contact number which causes unsuccessful delivery. The additional charges will be borne by customers in such cases.
For international shipping, any charges incurred for customs clearance, import duties, handling fees or taxes will be borne by the person who’s receiving the parcel. Should the charges have not been paid within 7 days, the carrier may automatically return the parcel to the sender or destroy the parcel without further notice. Please note the returned parcel will NOT be reshipped. The customer will have to place a new order again on buybookbook.com for the same items.
