Hayasaka and Kirishima are dating each other even though they’re both in love with other people. That doesn’t mean the two aren’t a couple. They still walk home together, secretly meet up, kiss, and more. However, both are upfront with that fact that they’re only together because they can’t be with their first choices. They promise to end their relationship if one of them ever gets a chance to be with the person they actually like, but as time goes on and their feelings for each other grow, that straightforward promise becomes a lot more complicated!
