How to Use Store Credit

When a customer has store credit available to them,  they can use it both at BuyBookBook’s online store and physical store.

To use the store credit on buybookbook.com , customer may simply log into their customer account, the value of the store credit displays at checkout in the Store credit section (see the image below).

Customer can select “Apply store credit” to use their store credit as a payment method （See below). 

A customer can view their store credit balance in their account details when they're logged into their customer account (My Account, Profile). See the image below.

 

To use the store credit at BuyBookBook physical store, customer needs to inform the staff before payment that store credit is to be applied. Also, customer should provide the email account with the store credit before checking out.

Note:

1) Under no circumstances can store credit be exchanged for cash.

2) Store credit will not expire.
