About the author
Jane Riordan grew up next to, and often paddling in, the River Itchen. She wasn’t sure she’d ever be a writer because, like Winnie-the-Pooh, her spelling wobbled. She now lives in London and has two boys who are much better at spelling than she is. Jane is the author of many books for children, including Winnie-the-Pooh Goes to London and A Pudding for Christmas.
