《蒙特梭利漢字筆畫砂紙板》是由資深蒙特梭利幼教老師及培訓專家，嚴吳嬋霞所創，以蒙氏的幼教理念為基礎，藉由認識漢字的基本筆畫結構和手部肌肉訓練，提升幼兒書寫漢字的興趣。

全套合共8塊基本筆畫砂紙板及16塊生字砂紙板，具備以下特色：

－筆畫具砂紙質感：幼兒順着筆畫觸摸時能有效刺激幼兒的觸覺，是肌肉教育的一種，也能加強幼兒的學習記憶。

－選材細心嚴謹：8 個基本筆畫是學習書寫漢字的起始；16個生字除讓幼兒認識筆順規則，還能作為部首偏旁，為幼兒日後書寫和查閱字典打好基礎。

－系統性學習：砂紙板可獨立作為寫前訓練的教具，亦能結合《為幼兒準備一雙寫字的手》以及《愉快學寫字》系列，形成一套有系統的寫前和書寫訓練三部曲。

－使用說明清晰：含8個基本筆畫及16個生字的說明、使用砂紙板的步驟以及延伸活動建議，讓家長輕鬆掌握使用方法。

－字形合符標準：砂紙板上的字形是根據《香港小學學習字詞表》的常用字字形表製作，讓幼兒從小學習規範化的字形。
