Uno de los sentimientos más nobles es la gratitud. Agradecer por los alimentos, porque tenemos trabajo, por una familia que nos llena de amor, ¡por estar vivos! Agradecer la compañía en los momentos difíciles, las palabras de aliento en la pérdida, la emoción de un nuevo comienzo o las ventanas que se abren para que entre la luz y refresque nuestros días cuando creemos que todo será más difícil.
A veces se nos olvida agradecer por quejarnos constantemente de lo que no tenemos, ocupamos mil pensamientos en las carencias, en las frustraciones y en el dolor, pero lo cierto es que la vida nos ofrece miles de cosas para agradecer: el amor, la amistad, las personas que amamos y que nos aman, la posibilidad de lograr nuestras metas…
