Acepta y vuela: De odiarme a amarme sin medida / Accept It and Take Flight: From Hating Myself to Loving Myself Beyond Measure

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

An honest and inspiring book about how Mara Jiménez (@croquetamente__) went from hating herself to loving herself beyond measure.

“Only with self-love is it possible to truly heal.”

In this book, I am going to tell you my story. The one that includes the eating disorders I suffered, bullying, fatphobia, low self-esteem, and the constant feeling that my world was collapsing. But most importantly, I am going to tell you how I got out of that dark place, that other part of the story in which we talk about healing and finding light in the face of so much darkness. I want to tell you how I went from hating myself to loving myself beyond measure, how accepting myself was the first step towards freedom.

Let's love ourselves and take flight, are you coming?
