Dispatch and Delivery Time
- Books will be dispatched in 2 working days once order is confirmed.
- “Pre-order” items will be dispatched in 2 working days once they are in-stock.
- If the order contains both Pre-order items and in-stock items, we will wait for the pre-order items and ship the entire order in one go, unless there’s special instructions from the customer.
e.g. Customer can contact us for any of the following special arrangements:
- ship the in-stock items first and pick up the pre-order ones once available;
- pay extra shipping fee to ship twice: ship the in-stock items first and ship the pre-order ones once available;
- ship the in-stock items first and ship the pre-order ones with your next order.
- After dispatch, customer will be notified with the shipping status by email. Registered members can login to “my account” to check the order status.
- Normally it will take 2 - 4 working days for delivery in Hong Kong.
Shipment Tracking
We will email you the tracking info once your order is dispatched. By clicking the tracking number directly in the email, you can see the tracking status. It will take some time for the courier company to upload the shipping status to their system. Usually you may track the status once the books have been dispatched after 8 hours.
Can I pick up my order at the store?
Yes! If you don't want to have your books shipped, you may select "Pick up" when placing order.
We will email you a pickup notification once your books are ready.
You may come to our physical store to pick up the books during our business hours.
Can I use my own courier to pick up my order?
Yes. You may select "Pick up" when placing order.
We will email you a pickup notification once your books are ready. You may have your courier come to our physical store to pick up the books during our business hours.
- Please remember to remark your Order number and phone number on the waybill.
Can I arrange “SF Freight Collect” to ship my books?
Yes. "SF Freight Collect" means the customer will pay the full shipping fee directly to SF Express upon delivery. Please follow the steps below if you wish to arrange "SF Freight Collect":
- Put "SF Freight Collect" before your detailed address when placing order.
- When we see "SF Freight Collect" is in your shipping address, we will arrange it directly without asking for your confirmation.
- If the system charges for shipping fee, we will return the shipping fee in E-Gift-Card to the customer via Email.

Can we meet at MTR stations or other locations to get the books?
Sorry that we are unable to meet you in other locations such as MTR stations or at the car park etc.
We only provide the book-delivery service of "pick up at store" or "ship by courier".

If you have special instructions about this order (e.g. official receipt is needed) , you may inform us directly when placing order.
Click “Cart" on the right top, then click "View cart".
Put your special instructions in the area below.
Then, click “Save”.
If you forgot to inform us of your special instructions when placing order, you may also contact us immediately after order is confirmed.

Car Park Charges
🅿️ Car Park in the same building is available only when you inform the security that you are going to Buy Book Book at Unit 31, Block B.
🚗 Car Park charges：
HK$20 for the first 30 mins and HK$20 for the next 30 mins; then HK$40 for the following each hour (e.g. HK$80 for 1 hr 1 minute.)

Can I place order via WhatsApp?
Customers are required to place order directly on buybookbook.com to ensure the accuracy of the order information and inventory management. Sorry that we cannot place order via WhatsApp, email or other social media. Please check here for how to order.

Discount code / Gift card
Our discount code or gift card can be used at both our physical store and online store. To use at the physical store, please show it to our staff before payment.
