Return and Exchange Policy
After a customer successfully places an order on our website buybookbook.com, it signifies that the customer has understood and accepted our pricing, delivery, and shipping policies. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled.
If a customer wishes to cancel an order for personal reasons, they may only submit a cancellation request via email before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been dispatched, cancellation is not allowed. ** Please note Pre-ordered items cannot be cancelled. Please double-check before purchasing.
Additionally, if an order is cancelled, we can only issue a refund in store credit equivalent to the order amount. The store credit can be used at our online and physical bookstore. (If the customer requests a refund to their original payment account, e.g., credit card, PayPal, PayMe, etc., a 5% transaction fee will be deducted.)
If a customer needs to modify an order (e.g., incorrect item selected), changes must be requested before the order is dispatched. If the order has already been shipped, the customer must contact our customer service immediately and visit the bookstore in person within 7 days of receiving the item to exchange it. The item to be exchanged must remain in its original, unopened (if applicable), undamaged, and resalable condition, and must be checked and approved by our staff. Exchanges are allowed for items of equal book value or for higher-value items with an additional payment. Alternatively, store credit of equivalent book value may be issued.
Note: If any shipping fee was paid in the original order, it will not be refunded, exchanged or issued in store credit.
Note: Only ONE return or exchange is permitted per order.
If a customer receives a defective item (e.g., missing pages, printing errors), we will arrange an exchange (or a refund if the item is out of stock). However, returns/exchanges for quality issues will NOT be accepted in the following cases:
- Books with visible signs of use.
- Unsealed CDs, DVDs, or similar products.
- Items not in their original condition, or damaged/missing parts due to reasons unrelated to our error.
- Requests submitted after the return/exchange deadline (7 days after receiving the books).
- Pre-order items.

Important notice:
- Do not return purchased items to the manufacturer.
- NO return or exchanges for international orders.
- The company reserves the final right of decision regarding any disputes.
