感受人與人之間的情，不論父母、兄弟姊妹、愛人或朋友。

偶然放一天假，甚麼也不做，任由時光流過，也是一樂。

快樂帶傳染性，努力令周圍的人快樂，自己也會快樂。


 

作者


區樂民，在香港當專科醫生，也是報章的專欄作者。先後出版超過二十部散文集和一部長篇小說，當中《開懷醫生》、《快樂醫院》、《醫者孩子心》、《浪花在微笑》共四屆獲選「中學生好書龍虎榜」十大好書。

區的人生觀簡單，但求全民快樂，一如其名。
