　　書中附有給家長及照護者的建議，除了可以和孩子一起閱讀這本溫暖可愛的書，一起學習成長，家長及照護者也能依照建議，處理孩子的情緒問題。

　　如果孩子會用腳踢人，用溫和而堅定的語氣說：「腳不是用來踢人的。」
　　●孩子是否不知道該如何用言語表達負面情緒？
　　●如果孩子常常踢人，讓他試試踢其他東西如何？例如踢球？
　　●有什麼其他更好的方法，能讓孩子發洩情緒？
作者簡介

伊莉莎白‧凡迪克 Elizabeth Verdick

　　自1997年起開始為孩童寫作，至今著作無數。她的目標讀者從幼兒至青少年都有，並獲得許多獎項肯定，包括亨利‧博爾獎、歐彭海姆玩具組合金書獎、金牌媽媽選擇獎，以及i家長媒體獎傑出產品等等。

繪者簡介

瑪莉卡‧海因倫 Marieka Heinlen

　　在威斯康辛大學取得藝術創作學士，也曾至倫敦中央聖馬丁藝術設計學院進修，目前專為童書繪製插圖。
