About the Author
Eoin McLaughlin was born in Ireland and now lives in Mauritius with his family. The Hug – a bestseller – was his debut picture book and the series has gone on to sell over a quarter of a million copies. About the Illustrator
Polly Dunbar is one of the best-known illustrators working in the UK. Her picture books such as The Hug, While We Can't Hug and Penguin are bestselling and have won numerous awards. When she's not making books she likes to make puppets. She lives in Suffolk with her family.
