Our Mindful Habits cards is a fun deck for you and your family to talk about empathy, gratitude, learning from mistakes, loving yourself as you are, and taboo topics like bullying that can be difficult to bring up. Each card’s illustrations help children open up and share their experiences at school and with friends, so you can get to know them better and set mindful goals that help them progress to be more confident and resilient.
Suitable for ages 3+, as well as for adults who wish to use these as reminders for themselves. Each deck is bilingual and includes 44 colourfully illustrated cards, along with instructions on how to use.

How to use:
STEP 1: Pick your cards: At the start of each week, pick 1-3 cards together with your child for the week ahead. The cards are divided into Growth, Connection and Wellbeing themes - pick one from each category together.
STEP 2: Discuss your choices: Discuss why the cards were picked, where your child is facing challenges, and situations at home or school how they can practice these new habits to overcome them. Use sticky notes or place the cards in a visible spot in the house to remind them of their goals during the day.
STEP 3: Reflect on your efforts: Throughout the week, reflect with your child on how their practice went, and if he or she feels different. Encourage your child to share new insights from experiences from school, friends and family. Finally, remember to recognise and reward their efforts!
