Tierra del Fuego / Land of Fire

ENGLISH DESCRIPTION

To many, the author’s masterpiece.

Acclaimed by critics as Coloane’s great masterpiece, and honored by the Chilean Writers Society in 1956, Land of Fire is not only a journey through the most austral territory in the world, but also through the depths of the people who inhabit it. Hardened, tough human beings that survive the elements in those infinite, desolate spaces at the far end of the American Continent.
